This automatic spiral paper tube machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, servo drive and Omron encoder for stable operation. It supports 3-6 layers paper, tube diameter from 20mm to 250mm, speed up to 25m/min. Suitable for producing packaging paper cans and industrial paper cores.
Material
The main frame adopts thickened carbon steel plate with spray-painted anti-rust treatment. Key electrical components are imported brand including Mitsubishi PLC, inverter, servo motor and Omron encoder. Gluing parts use food grade stainless steel.
Technology
Adopts spiral winding forming process, equipped with double-side scraping gluing station and inner paper waxing station. Hydraulic cutting unit realizes fixed-length cutting automatically. Air pump circulation system ensures even glue coating. Servo constant-speed control keeps consistent tube wall thickness.
