This self-adhesive one-way degassing valve is specially developed for coffee and fermented packaging.
✅ Self-stick design, heat sealing is NOT necessary. You can apply it manually or by labeling machine, which improves production efficiency and shortens lead time.
✅ Strong adhesive performance up to 22N/25MM. Stable performance under long-term 100℃ and short-time 120℃ working condition.

Working Principle When roasted coffee releases carbon dioxide and internal pressure rises to the opening value, the valve opens outward to discharge redundant gas. Once pressure drops below closing value, the valve seals tightly. Outside air, oxygen and water vapor cannot flow back inside. It effectively avoids package swelling and explosion, and protects coffee aroma & flavor from oxidation.
Installation Guide Drill a small hole on your can or pouch, align the center hole of the valve with the drilled hole, then press the valve firmly.
Storage Condition Keep stored at 10℃-40℃, stay in original packing and keep away from direct sunlight.
